About Nathalie Banfill
Long-term Motivation and Confidence come from within — and I’m here to help you cultivate it.
Hi, I’m Nat, and I’ve had ADHD my whole life - I just didn’t know it.
If you had asked my elementary and high school teachers about me, they’d have said, “She’s very smart but needs to apply herself more”, “messy and disorganized,” or “not living up to her full potential.” What they didn’t see was how hard I was trying. Maybe you’ve heard those words before, too.
Motherhood led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Child Studies with a concentration in disabilities. Along the way, I was re-diagnosed with an auditory processing disorder, and while the new tools helped, life still felt like a game where everyone else had the cheat codes except me.
For years, perfectionism and anxiety were the forces keeping me afloat. Then, a mentor at University saw past my mask. He challenged my assumptions, expanded my understanding of how ADHD and Autism present differently in individuals, and revealed the lost girls - the ones diagnosed late or overlooked entirely. I wasn’t failing; I was a lost girl searching for answers.
Since then, I’ve been formally diagnosed with ADHD. Here’s what I know and what I advocate: I’m not broken, and neither are you. We’re wired differently. And we need different tools.
Today, I use my B.A. and certifications in Life Coaching, ADHD Coaching, and Time Management & Organization to help other ADHDers thrive. Forward Focused ADHD Coaching is about meeting you where you are today and using my experience, education, and knowledge to help you identify and achieve your goals.
You are capable. And with the right tools and strategies, you can take control of your future.
