Living with ADHD can feel like being in constant motion—thoughts racing, energy surging, ideas sparking—and yet, progress can sometimes feel just out of reach. That’s why this blog is all about momentum: finding it, keeping it, and using it to move forward with purpose.

Momentum is what happens when you align your energy, environment, and self-awareness to create sustainable progress. And that’s what I aim to support through every post and every coaching session.
