  • Self-Compassion & Boundaries

"Before working with Nathalie, I felt overwhelmed and stuck in a cycle of negative self-talk. I had performance anxiety that was affecting me more than I realized. Working with her felt safe from the start because she is neurodivergent too, so I could truly unmask and be myself.

The coaching sessions gave me space to process my thoughts without pressure, and the longer meeting times allowed me to unpack my ideas at my own pace. One breakthrough moment was realizing I had a people-pleasing pattern that was helping everyone but myself. Nathalie helped me recognize my burnout patterns and start setting boundaries, something I specifically struggled with at work.

Since working together, my relationships feel more peaceful, my communication has improved, and I am much kinder to myself. I have learned to nourish myself, rest without guilt, and reward myself more often. The mindset shifts and empowering conversations have made a difference.

She’s not your typical coach. I would recommend Nathalie to all my ADHD friends because she truly understands, and being able to express myself without feeling judged has been life-changing. I know I will come back to her for support during future transitions.”

  • Time Management

Before working with Nathalie, I was overwhelmed and constantly worried about the tasks I was forgetting or falling behind on. Planning felt stressful, and I could never seem to stay organized in a way that lasted.

The Time Management: Laying Foundations program changed that completely. Through Nathalie’s coaching, I discovered personalized tools and strategies that actually work for me. I now have a structured, sustainable approach to managing my responsibilities that fits how my brain works. I’m able to stay better focused, follow through, and adjust my plans without losing control or confidence.

What made the biggest difference was Nathalie’s guidance and support. I now feel fully in control of my schedule and more confident in my ability to manage my time and responsibilities effectively.

  • Sustainable Productivity & Burnout Prevention

“Coaching was new to me. It was different from therapy or counselling, yet it still carried therapeutic value. I am a youth worker and often support young people through difficult seasons, but I do not always apply the same care to myself. My goal with Nathalie was to create intentional rest in my daily life because I could feel the pressure of productivity growing and burnout approaching.

I have started to prioritise myself more. The consistent space to talk about stress, the accountability around my goals, and the gentle reminders throughout the week were genuinely helpful. It encouraged me to experiment with new strategies instead of repeating the same habits that were not serving me. I appreciate the tools Nathalie shared and use them to reframe challenges and work with my brain in a sustainable way.

Working with Nathalie was enjoyable because our sessions felt like a friendly chat over coffee while still giving me structure and real support. My biggest win has been adding a short walk in my neighbourhood to my daily routine. It was a small shift, but it has had a significant impact on my mental and physical wellbeing.

  • Impulsive Spending

For years, I was stuck in a cycle of impulsive spending, debt, and stress, no matter how much money I earned. Planning and managing my finances felt impossible, and big purchases would derail me every time.

Through Nathalie’s coaching, I learned about my brain, neurodiversity, and why I was drawn to these spending habits. She guided me to pause, check in with myself, and make intentional decisions instead of reacting impulsively. I discovered strategies that actually work for me and my unique brain.

The results: I paid off my line of credit six months ago, and it has stayed at zero. Impulsive spending has dramatically improved, and I now feel more in control of my money and confident in my financial decisions.
