June 2026 Updates
Happy June!
I hope you’ve been doing well. It’s been a busy few months, and it’s finally time to get you up to speed on everything that’s been growing behind the scenes!
Grab your favourite beverage (and maybe a snack), get comfortable, and let’s dive in.
WEBSITE REFRESH
A brand-new look!
Thanks to the incredibly talented web designer Mia, the Banfill Neurodiversity Coaching website has received a complete makeover. It's now easier on the eyes, bilingual, and far simpler to navigate (exactly the goal).
You'll find an organized FAQ section for anyone considering coaching, a refreshed About section, and The ADHD Momentum Blog: where every post includes an estimated reading time, designed with time-perception challenges in mind.
There's also a new Members & Superfans section — a growing library of PDFs I've personally created on topics like unhelpful thinking styles and boundary setting. It's a labour of love, available to clients and TikTok subscribers throughout their journey.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Find me on your favourite platforms
The Banfill Neurodiversity Coaching social accounts are live! Head over for educational content, self-reflection prompts, and a steady dose of support and encouragement (links at the bottom).
Body Doubling — Live on TikTok
Struggling with task avoidance, initiation, or follow-through? Join live at @banfillneurodiversity for body doubling sessions — support, accountability, and zero judgment. Plus podcast-style talks with special guests!
May highlight: Dopamine, Discipline & Dumbbells — a discussion on ADHD and fitness with Wilson Gladman of Happy Human Personal Training.
A big thank you to Wilson for a fantastic collaboration. We explored how ADHD can impact routines, motivation, and consistency, and took a deep dive into practical tools, effective strategies, and mindset shifts that can support long-term success. We also discussed how redefining success in a way that aligns with individual strengths can make fitness more sustainable and rewarding.
WEBINARS
Two webinars now running

COMING IN JUNE
What's next?
A TikTok Live talk with psychologist Dr. Rick Noble on Managing Your Rejection Sensitivity. If you've ever felt like you take things too personally, that rejection (even small instances of rejection) feels unbearable, or you spiral over things like texts and tone... this one's for you. Attendees will leave with concrete strategies they can start using right away!
READY TO GET STARTED WITH COACHING?
More incredible clients are being welcomed in July. If you're ready to tackle your goals — don't wait. Spots fill quickly.
FINAL THOUGHTS
It's been exciting to see this community continue to grow, and these updates are all designed to make support more accessible, practical, and sustainable.
Thank you for being here. I hope you're having a wonderful start to the summer, and I look forward to connecting with more of you soon.
